Flipped in one evening, with a page for every town and service.
- Cut over the evening of June 9, 2026: no downtime, and every old page carried over or 301-forwarded.
- 380 pages at launch, including a page for each city-and-service pair across a 21-city Baldwin County service area.
- Search Console, sitemaps and a daily indexing job wired in before the switch.
- Forms with spam protection and hand verification, so real customers reach the inbox and bots don't.

Twenty-one forms came in during the first four weeks. We read every one and removed eleven: sales pitches, bot spam and our own tests. What was left was 8 service requests from homeowners in Daphne, Spanish Fort, Foley, Orange Beach and rural Baldwin County, plus 2 Cool Club membership signups.
Underneath, the site appeared in Google searches 132,019 times in four weeks, and 174 of its 380 pages were already indexed.

Same season, same company, a very different website.
Heating and air demand is seasonal, so the fair comparison is the same 91 days a year apart: July 8 to October 6, 2026 on the new site against July 8 to October 6, 2025 on the old one.
Organic clicks went from 132 to 336. Clicks from searches that did not include the company's name went from 95 to 266, and impressions from 92,645 to 229,166. Every day in both windows is present in the data, and no tracking change falls inside them.
