Local SEO & search growth

Local SEO that shows up in the map pack and in the leads report.

We run search for service businesses: local pages, structured data, Google Business Profile, content and indexing. Every month you get a report of leads counted from delivery logs and call tracking, not a traffic chart.

In short

Local SEO is the work of ranking a business for searches with local intent, such as 'plumber near me' or 'house painters in Fairhope', in both Google's map results and its organic results. Google says local results are mainly based on relevance, distance and prominence, so the work is making a business demonstrably relevant and well known in the places it actually serves.

What the work covers

  • Service and location pages with substance

A page for each service in each place you serve, built from real local facts and written to be read by a homeowner, not stamped from a template with the city name swapped.

  • Google Business Profile

Categories, services and attributes set correctly, weekly posts, seeded questions and answers, and review replies.

  • Structured data and entity consistency

Schema.org markup that describes the business, its services and its locations, matching your name, address and phone exactly everywhere they appear.

  • Same-day indexing

Every new or changed page is submitted to Google and to Bing through IndexNow the day it ships, and indexing is tracked per URL.

  • A content engine with quality gates

Articles that answer the questions customers ask before they call, checked for duplication and unsupported claims before they publish.

  • Authority that lasts

Citations and local links from real organizations, such as chambers, trade associations and suppliers, that accrue to a site you own.

How we work

How an engagement runs

  1. Baseline

We pull Search Console history, map-pack positions across your service area, Business Profile data and citations, so every later number has a 'before' to compare against.

  2. Foundation fixes

Technical errors, indexing gaps, canonical and redirect problems, and inconsistent business details get fixed first. Content on a broken foundation is wasted.

  3. Pages that deserve to rank

We build or rebuild service and location pages around search demand and real local detail, with internal links that move authority toward the pages that make money.

  4. Monthly execution

Content, Business Profile work and link acquisition at the pace your tier sets, with every page submitted for indexing as it ships.

  5. The 90-day checkpoint

At day 90 we review the reports together and decide whether to scale up, resize the scope or stop. The retainer has to keep earning its place.

Published pricing

Three retainers, one standard of proof

Our local SEO retainers are priced in the open. The tiers differ in throughput: how much content ships, how many pages get built and how much authority is acquired each month. Reporting and tooling are the same at every level.

Frequently asked questions

How long does local SEO take to work?

Indexing can happen within days; rankings take longer and depend on competition. On a brand-new domain, Streamlined Plumbing had 406 of 413 pages indexed within about three weeks, and ACExperts reached #1 in the map pack in two towns by week seven. Competitive metros take longer, which is why we review results together at day 90.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Anyone who guarantees rankings is guessing or gaming something. We commit to the work, to the pace of your tier, and to a monthly report in which every lead is counted from delivery logs and call tracking.

How much do local SEO services cost?

Our retainers are $800, $1,200 or $1,600 a month. The tiers differ in how much content, how many new pages and how much link acquisition ship each month, not in reporting quality.

Is there a long-term contract?

Engagements are built around a 90-day checkpoint. At day 90 we sit down with the reports and decide together whether to scale up, change the scope or stop.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

If you serve customers in a local area, yes. The profile is what appears in the map pack. We help set it up correctly, including service-area settings for businesses that travel to customers rather than receive them.

Do you work with businesses outside the Gulf Coast?

Yes. Most of our local SEO clients are on the Gulf Coast, but the work is remote, and we support businesses elsewhere, including a real estate brokerage serving New York and Connecticut.

Talk it through with the people who'd build it.

Twenty minutes on Google Meet. Tell us what you need; we'll tell you plainly what we'd do and whether we're the right fit.
